Description At Altuent, we are looking for a HR & Office Administrator to provide support to the Chief Executive Officer and Management Team in the effective running, development and oversight of the day to day administration of the company. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Location Cork, with remote and flexible working arrangements available What's in it for you? What will you be doing? The HR & Office Administrator will coordinate all aspects of the office operation with specific responsibility for:
- Maintaining company records (both electronic and hardcopy)
- Asset tracking & management
- Coordinating companywide communications and meetings
- Office safety and facilities management
- Scheduling and organising events
- Organising travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Day to day HR administration, including but not limited to:
- Keeping the HR Locker HRM System updated
- Leave requests
- Performance management process
- Recruitment process
- Internal training
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting invoicing
- Managing purchasing for office supplies
- Supporting the finance team
- Proactively contributing to continuous improvement in administrative processes and procedures
- Supporting implementation of business standards
Requirements
- Cork based candidate
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Can learn to use new software or technology quickly
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Highly organised
- High integrity and discretion
- Well-developed multi-tasking skills
- Consistently delivers to deadline in a high-pressure environment
- Skilled at prioritisation
- Empathetic and supportive of colleagues
- Champion of company values and culture
- Proactive and flexible
- Third level degree
- More than three years’ experience in a similar role
- Proactive and flexible
Desired
- HRM systems experience
- Experience in project coordination
- Previous experience with database management systems
