Project Controls Coordinator
(Part-Time or Full-Time Role)
Part-Time (Minimum 24 hours/week) or Full-Time (40 hours/week)

The Role
The Project Controls Coordinator will support the project team by helping to manage project scheduling, cost control, reporting, and documentation across our portfolio of renewable energy projects. This is a key support role that offers excellent growth potential within the project management team.
Location
• Office-based in Stradbally, Co. Waterford
• Hybrid working options may be considered
• Occasional travel to project sites nationwide may be required
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules (MS Project)
• Support cost tracking, budget control, and variance reporting
• Maintain supplier, subcontractors, and client invoices and purchase orders
• Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports (progress, costs, HSE, etc.)
• Manage project documentation in compliance with ISO standards
• Liaise with internal departments to gather and organise project data
• Support invoice validation and cash flow forecasting
• Provide general administrative support to project managers and planners
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a project support, construction admin, or planning role (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project)
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Keen interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects
Qualifications
• Degree, diploma, or qualification in:
• Engineering
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction
• Project Management
• Business, or a related field
