Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE plus bonus, pension & health

- 3–6 years’ experience in a financial planning and analysis role
- Background in financial services or large corporate preferred
- Proficient in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel (VBA/macros an advantage)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
This role forms part of a Dublin-based team that supports the wider FP&A function across international offices. The position will also contribute to selected financial reporting tasks as required.
- Reporting – Prepare monthly financial dashboards for senior management, highlighting variances to forecast and budget
- Trend Analysis – Analyse historical and current financial data across key metrics including revenue and expenses
- Budgeting – Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Strategic Analysis – Deliver financial modelling and value-added analysis to support commercial initiatives
- Business Partnering – Work closely with internal business units to provide insight and support around financial performance
- Project Support – Contribute to wider finance initiatives in collaboration with Risk, HR, and Strategy functions
- Innovation – Help enhance financial frameworks and develop new tools to improve business insights
- Reporting Support – Provide assistance on financial reporting tasks alongside the local finance team
