We're searching for Trainee Wealth Managers, ideally with financial services experience, to work towards a fast-tack to qualify as an advisor in our Dublin office.

You will preferably have at least 2 years minimum experience in direct sales and/or financial sales to apply for this fast-track role.

What to expect?

The initial period will be spent gaining experience and learning everything there is to know about financial planning in Europe and especially in Switzerland as this office will work very closely with our award-winning Swiss teams. You'll learn about the client journey, report writing, different types of analysis and how to use our tools and processes. You'll also enroll in the CISI and CII Financial qualification, which will start your journey to becoming a qualified Financial Planner. You will also gain additional skills through a variety of training programmes delivered by our apprenticeship provider and our fantastic Learning and Development team.

We will support you to achieve any additional exams, with ongoing development to support your career.
