A leading membership body are seeking a proactive Sales Membership Executive
This dynamic role focuses on driving member engagement, retention, and growth through personalised outreach, events, and digital platforms. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, monitor member activity, and implement targeted retention strategies and systems knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members through calls, emails, and events.
- Strengthen member relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions.
- Monitor member activity and implement retention strategies.
- Manage CRM records for seamless renewals and onboarding.
- Support digital member experiences and event engagement.
- Drive membership growth through proactive outreach and business development.
- Administer board evaluation reviews with accuracy and confidentiality.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a commercial, sales, or membership role with a proven track record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in proactive outreach and handling queries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
