Mechanical Engineer

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organisation based in Tipperary. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are addressing some of the world’s most challenging healthcare needs.

Duties:

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
• Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
• Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
• Support of FAT’s, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
• Develop SOP’s and WI for facility
• Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
• Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
• Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)

Education and Experience:

• Ideally candidates should have a strong emphasis on maintenance strategy in a GMP/GDP background and a degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3-8 years’ experience with experience of working in a project environment.
