Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Limerick. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for administrative support tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing legal documents, and maintaining filing systems. The role also involves liaising with clients, conducting research, and assisting with case management to ensure efficient operation of the legal team.

Required

• Ideally 3 + years’ experience in a similar role but we are happy to hear from those with less than 3 years’ experience where it is relevant to this role
• Strong IT & system skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• High level of attention to detail in reviewing documents and correspondence
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being proactive and self-motivated
