Client Operations Coordinator

I’m currently working with my client in the Retail tech space who is hiring for an Operations Coordinator.

This is a great chance to join the Irish division of a growing business supporting the managing director in leading Irish operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from logistics administration to building strong client relationships and resolving issues.

This position offers flexible working from home options with a requirement to work onsite with Dublin based clients, so will suit someone with a full drivers license.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as first point of contact for clients facing technical issues and coordinating speedy resolutions
• Working closely with engineering deployment team to address client needs
• Proactively identifying key trends and risks for installations with clients
• Overseeing the supply chain operations with a deep understanding of local markets
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with client base
• Providing regular site visits and working onsite with clients when required
• Creating and maintaining reports and documentation for escalations and resolutions
• Providing administrative support to managing director and reporting on KPI’s

Key requirements

• Strong experience in a customer service handling escalations is essential
• Previous experience with deployment and installations on customer sites
• Proactive solution driven approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Self motivated and keen to deliver operational excellence
• Full working authorisation in Ireland
• Full drivers licence with access to car
