We are looking for a passionate content and community manager with a strategic mindset to join our growing Irish team. We are a market leader and trusted presence in healthcare in Ireland providing real impact on our consumers lives. Your role will be central in driving PrecisionBiotics brand through online content development and engagement with our informed and health-conscious community in Ireland. You will develop engaging content that educates and empowers patients/consumers and HCPs, have a unique opportunity to craft and curate a bespoke community hub and lead and shape community engagement in a global organization. What You’ll Do As our Community & Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of engaging our audience and fostering a loyal community. Your day-to-day will include: Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and Implement Content Strategies:  Create compelling content that engages B2C & B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing PrecisionBiotics value proposition with existing customers.
• Develop Evidence Based Content:  Collaborate with design to produce high quality wellness content, B2B (HCPs) and B2C (consumers).
• Collaborate Across Departments:  Work closely with internal stakeholders and science teams to align content and strategies with business objectives, identifying strengths and opportunities in other B2C offerings and ensuring compliance.
• Analyze and Optimize Content : Use data to monitor content effectiveness and optimize strategies leveraging data insights on all communication to ensure maximum impact.
• Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy

Community Engagement

• Online Community : Dive right in at the start of an amazing journey to change and update our PrecisonBiotics community communication in Ireland.
• Build and Develop : Our forums, communication points and social media groups.
• Key Campaign Collaboration: Develop throughout the year aligned with our Marketing Manager, serving both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Brand Management
• Budgeting: Oversee and approve all content budgeting and production scheduling and liaise closely with the Marketing Manager to manage workflow pipeline.

Managerial Responsibilities

• Potential for future growth in team as we launch into new categories and work on Innovation in Ireland, providing insight to the larger global Novonesis organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or relevant field.
• Extensive Experience - A minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing or content position in B2C Healthcare within IRL or UK Market.
• Informed about industry trends and best practices to support and enhance content and community effectiveness. (B2C and B2HCP).
• Strategic Mindset:  Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
• Aware of effective trends and technologies in digital marketing driving audience growth in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
• Strategic planning skills needed.
• Great team player and ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer focused mentality.
• Passion for patients and consumers healthcare needs and interests.
