At our client-led professional advisory firm, we pride ourselves on delivering exclusive legal and tax services.
Based in the heart of Cork City, we are looking for a warm and welcoming receptionist to be the face of our company. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting and welcoming them to the firm.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep our reception area tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, keeping things running smoothly.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing, ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritising tasks as needed.
