About Your New Job:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements related to ERP transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP system configuration and customization.
• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Assist in the design, testing, and validation of ERP system functionalities to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support data migration activities by defining data requirements and validating data accuracy.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to engage stakeholders and promote user adoption.

What Skills You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of change management principles is a plus
• Experience with data migration and system integration processes is preferred
• Experience in industries such as distributing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail or utilities is preferred.What’s on Offer:
