About your new job as an Operations Manager:

• Oversee and direct daily activities of assembly technicians and supply chain teams.
• Guide, support, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
• Apply Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and drive process enhancements.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources to meet revenue and delivery objectives.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
• Serve as the key operational point of contact for customer projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

What skill/experience you need as an Operations Manager:

• 5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within manufacturing or automation environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in cross-functional settings.
• Knowledge of medical device, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing processes.
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical machine assembly is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and related documentation.
