We're looking for a Document Controller to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and ensuring seamless information management on site. If you're tech-savvy, detail-focused, and ready to support high-impact infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you! 🔍 The Role As a Document Controller, you will manage our digital systems—Viewpoint for Projects (VFP) and Field View (FV)—ensuring the smooth flow of project information throughout the full lifecycle. You'll be the go-to expert for digital platforms on site, supporting teams, training users, and keeping our documentation systems compliant and efficient. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project’s Common Data Environment (CDE) and Digital Field Tool (DFT) per our Digital Project Delivery (DPD) procedures
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for project teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients
• Maintain robust naming conventions and workflows in alignment with ISO 19650 standards
• Curate, verify, distribute, and retrieve all project documentation
• Configure status reports, workflows, distribution matrices, and control logs
• Collate operation & maintenance manuals, H&S, quality, environmental, and BCAR files
• Attend project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Provide cover for other document controllers as needed

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong experience managing digital systems with large volumes of project data
• Advanced user of VFP and FV (or similar CDE/DFT platforms)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and training skills
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192 protocols
• Confident working with multidisciplinary teams and the supply chain
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

⭐ Desirable

• Experience configuring systems aligned to ISO 19650 standards
• Background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with change control processes in digital platforms

✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrable knowledge of document management standards (ISO 19650, BS 1192, PAS 1192)
• Ability to develop training materials and support diverse project teams
