
Treasury Accountant

- Manage the company’s daily cash activities, by overseeing any cash transactions
- Preparation of month end Cashflow Statement
- Forecast cashflow positions for full year budget and rolling forecasts
- Build a relationship with the Bank and understand the banking system
- Extract and process transactions from Bank into SAP
- Cash collection for any outstanding sales receipts
- Liaise with Accounts Payable team for the bi-monthly payment run
- Liaise with various internal departments to understand any cashflow risks
- Gain an understanding of the various revenue streams and how they impact cashflow
- Preparation of Monthly Bank Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Liaise with external auditors as part of the audit process
- Manage and reconcile intergroup transactions
- Monitor Payroll funding with Internal Payroll team
- Ensure adequate procedures and policies are in place for any banking changes
- Ensure compliance with group Cashflow management
- Developing good working practices and continually looking for process improvements
- Ah hoc Project work to support to support the site and finance team
Key competencies

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience of SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
Educationand Experience
- Qualified Accountant desirable (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc)
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Travel Requirement
- Up to 5% travel required.
