What Your Effort Could Look Like in Your Bank Account:
- Basic salary in the early €30ks + unlimited monthly commission.
- Average total compensation, Year 1: €45k+.
- Average total compensation, Year 2: €75k+.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Negotiator, Real Estate Agent, property manager, or any other real estate role.
- Confidence in negotiating, handling objections, and building relationships.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset.
