In 2018 we were overjoyed to be awarded 'Hotel of the Year' at the Virtuoso Best of the Best awards. 2019 saw The Golf Course at Adare Manor named as the host venue for the Ryder Cup in 2027, while the following year The Oak Room restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star. The accolades continued in 2022, with Adare Manor being named the No. 1 Resort in the World in Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards, and 2023 has been no exception with the addition of the highly coveted Five-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide. Adare Manor undertook an exciting refurbishment of our award-winning golf course. World-renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio and his team at Adare Manor created the latest addition to their portfolio of incredible golf courses. Refurbishment work began at Adare Manor in March 2016 and was completed in 2017. This included the complete rebuilding of all greens, tees, fairways and bunkers. The entire golf corridor has been reshaped and sand-capped. A new irrigation system has been put in place. 75,000 metres of main line drainage has been installed. It is one of a handful golf courses worldwide that feature cutting-edge SubAir technology beneath every putting surface. The golf course at Adare Manor is one of the best designed and finest maintained golf courses in Europe. The Golf Course at Adare Manor are recruiting Full Time Greenkeepers. The Golf Course at Adare Manor, Ireland's Top Parkland Golf Course was originally designed by Internationally renowned Golf Course Architect Robert Trent Jones Snr in 1995 and renovated by Tom Fazio in 2017. Measuring 7509 off the back tees The Golf Course at Adare Manor is unique in the Irish Golfing Scape. As the host venue for The Centenary Ryder Cup in 2027, The Golf Course at Adare Manor is embarking on another exciting chapter in its development as it heads towards The Ryder Cup.

The Golf Course at Adare Manor Start Date: February 2026 As Adare Manor prepares to host the Centenary Ryder Cup in September 2027, we are expanding our team and now invite applications for Full-Time Greenkeepers to join our highly skilled crew of 36. Be Part of Something Exceptional Ireland's premier parkland golf course has undergone significant upgrades in recent years, further elevating its world-class conditioning ahead of golf's greatest event. Working within a state-of-the-art Maintenance & Welfare Facility and using the latest machinery, you'll play a vital role in presenting a championship venue at the highest level. Course Highlights

• A4 Creeping Bent approaches
• Extensive ryegrass surfaces across tees, fairways & rough
• SubAir systems on all greens
• 41 capillary concrete bunkers
• 1,595 sprinkler heads

• 7,509 yards from the championship tees

• A Turfgrass qualification and/or experience in a similar role but not essential.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to high standards

Key Responsibilities You will gain experience across all core areas of modern golf course management, including:

• Bunker maintenance
• Irrigation & drainage
• Aeration programmes
• Fertiliser & chemical applications
• Mowing of all playing surfaces
• Topdressing operations
• Watercourse & woodland maintenance
• Course set-up
• Mulch bed care
