Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

New Role: Senior IT Support Engineers needed, permanent roles in Limerick and Co. Tipperary. Permanent role, laptop, mobile phone are provided. Driving license would be needed! We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineers (either for Professional Services or Escalation teams) to make sure that relevant support and service is given to the clients and projects delivered in timely manner. You will be looking after technical infrastructure of all clients' hardware, including servers, computers, laptops, maintaining MS 365, Virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls and mobile devices. Azure experience is highly advantageous. Skills: * 3rd level Education or an equivalent - in IT / Computer Science * Some experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure related customer orientated roles * Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy * Experience with MS office365 * Beneficial to have - Azure certification and experience * Experience / Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches and remote access servers * A full driving license * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team and on own initiative * Excellent communication skills * Driving licence required for site visits Please note, we are not in a position to offer sponsorship and you would need to be based in Ireland.
