Grow here._Senior Project ManagerLocation: Gawlay or Cork office Sector Focus: Healthcare & Education projects Here’s what you’ll do: You will manage projects across the entire lifecycle , from inception to delivery and commissioning. The role involves both client interaction and internal team collaboration to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial concept through design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with project management colleagues to successfully deliver capital investment projects.
  • Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for managing project commissions, including planning, direction, and supervision of operations.
  • Risk Management: Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors) , balancing moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.
  • Operational Contribution: Support the smooth running of the overall AECOM project management team.
  • RIBA Stages 0–7: Must have recent experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages , from inception to handover.

  • Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
  • In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
  • APM affiliation is a benefit
