Regional Development Officer

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with local volunteer fundraising Branches
• Provide administrative and operational support to Branches, ensuring best practices are followed
• Partner with volunteers to coordinate successful fundraising events and campaigns
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to empower them in achieving their goals
• Create and manage engaging social media content to boost awareness and engagement
• Own income targets, track fundraising activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Research and develop innovative fundraising opportunities tailored to Branch needs
