OneStream Consultant

Our client, who is a well-established, internationally operating organisation within the agri-food and manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly experienced OneStream / Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to take ownership of their OneStream platform and drive its ongoing optimisation, enhancement, and strategic evolution.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, FP&A, and Technology and will suit a seasoned EPM professional who enjoys working deep in the back end of OneStream, while also engaging with senior finance stakeholders to shape future-state design and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the current OneStream application architecture, workflows, and consolidation rules.
• Provide expert guidance on optimisation, standardisation, and future-state application design.
• Own and lead the OneStream improvement roadmap across close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting.
• Translate business and FP&A requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Manage and deliver small-to-medium development cycles internally.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, BI views, visual analytics, and executive-level reporting within OneStream.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to Finance and FP&A leadership.
• Train and upskill finance users on OneStream functionality, workflows, and new features.

Required Experience & Profile:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with OneStream, including back-end development and configuration.
• Prior experience with other EPM platforms such as Oracle Hyperion / PBCS, Anaplan, or Solver CPM.
• Proven background in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
• Experience integrating EPM platforms with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between IT and Finance, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working autonomously and acting as a subject matter expert within the organisation.

Desirable Experience:

• Consulting or advisory background.
• Experience delivering OneStream improvements post-implementation.
• Exposure to executive-level reporting and board-facing dashboards.
• Experience running workshops, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
