This IT Helpdesk Support Engineer position is with a globally known financial services company based in Dublin. The organization is one of the largest investment firms in Ireland, providing employment stability. This company offers the opportunity to take a key role in driving infrastructure improvements, collaborating across departments to support approximately 95 staff members, and delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT services using best-in-class tools and the latest technology within a Microsoft 365 environment.

This firm strongly supports an interest in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, allowing progression towards AWS,CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft certifications. The position is well-suited to a technically proficient and highly motivated individual. They operate a hybrid work model, staff in the office 4 days a week and 1 day remote, with flexibility for personal circumstances.

You will:

• Hands-on exposure to systems monitoring, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services.
• Central role in day-to-day IT operations, providing support, and addressing technical challenges.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions.
• Contribute to solving problems, enhancing IT processes utilising industry-leading tools.

Skills / Experience:

• Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network monitoring tools.
• 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support environment.

Salary / Remuneration:€35,000 - €45,000 + Annual Bonus, Pension, and Healthcare.
