We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to support the HR team in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and fully compliant service across the Ardmac business. This role is critical in helping the business meet its strategic goals through effective administration across payroll, employee administration. recruitment, onboarding, and across the employee lifecycle. This is a 6 month fixed term contrac
t. Role Responsibiliti
- es:Track and administer company-wide timesheets, ensuring accurate and timely weekly submissio
- ns.Compile notes and track changes for weekly and monthly payroll chang
- es.Support fleet administration activi
- ty.Ensure all employee electronic files (e-files) are complete, accurate, and up-to-da
- te.Track completion of a range of onboarding steps to enhance the experience of new colleagues joining the compa
- ny.Assist with the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, booking locations, and communication with candidat
- es.Drafting offers of employment for new team members joining the compa
- ny.Manage elements of the employee onboarding process by inputting data onto HR (Bamboo HR) and other IT syste
- ms.Administration of all new starter documentation, including eligibility to work, proof of address, qualifications & medical questionnair
- es.Maintain accurate employee data in the HR
