Junior Product Manager

Overview:

We are excited to be recruiting for a Junior Product Manager to join our team to support the development and optimisation of our credit card and personal loan products. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product performance tracking and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing and journey analysis with data-driven insights.
• Contribute to partnership initiatives and internal projects.
• Help coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research.

About you:

• Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in product, consulting, or similar fields.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to project delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
