Are you a Process, Chemical or Bioprocess Engineer looking for your next opportunity in pharmaceutical manufacturing?
I'm currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a large-molecule manufacturing team, supporting day-to-day operations, equipment performance and continuous improvement.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to large-molecule manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain ongoing qualification.
- Work closely with Automation, Maintenance, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the process team.
🎓 What We're Looking For:
- An honours degree in Process, Chemical, Bioprocess or Biochemical Engineering, or a relevant Science discipline.
- Ideally 3–5 years' relevant experience in small- or large-molecule manufacturing unit operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in process engineering and continuous improvement.
