Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Barden are delighted to be partnering with our client, a multinational company who are seeking a motivated and experienced Credit and Collections Team Lead to join their team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Collections, you will lead and manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) / Credit and Collections Specialists, driving efficiency and performance within the department.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead and mentor a team of AR/Credit and Collections Specialists.
• Oversee daily credit and collections operations to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce outstanding debts.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and disputes.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
