Finance Business Partner - Manager (3-5 Years PQE)

Barden have been engaged to recruit a Qualified Accountant (3-5 years PQE) to join the finance team of a well-known Pharma business as a Finance Business Partner Manager in a permanent role.

Based in Dublin, 3 days a week in the office, full benefits.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities -

• Financial Analysis;
• Budgeting and Forecasting;
• Managing Direct Reports;
• Liaise with Senior Leadership and Different Stakeholders.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Qualifications and Skills Required -

• Professional Accounting Qualification (3-5 years PQE);
• Prior Budgeting/Forecasting or Financial Analysis experience an advantage;
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to inspire confidence.
