Legal Secretary / Administrator, In-House (Cork)

Barden is partnering with a leading Irish organisation currently hiring a legal secretary/administrator to join the Legal team in Cork.

The position will be offered initially on a 12 months' fixed term contract but there is potential for extension.

THE ROLE

• Drafting, reviewing and managing standard legal documents such as NDA’s.
• Coordinating the execution process for contracts and other legal documents.
• Managing legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Liaising with external counsel and service providers.
• Providing other administrative support to the Legal team as required.

THE PERSON

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal secretarial/administrator experience.
• Strong IT skills, including on document management systems.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised and strong attention to detail.
• Full driving license.
