Purpose of the Role
Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing activities across digital, content, product and administrative functions. This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently, digital assets are organised and up to date, and day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of advertising campaigns and other marketing projects- including product launches, seasonal campaigns and B2B Marketing.
- Create and adapt marketing content for email, social media and other digital marketing channels.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Schedule social media content, monitor engagement and report on campaign performance.
- Upload, organise and maintain digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Maintain accurate product information across digital platforms, including the website and retailer resources.
- Coordinate studio product photography and prepare images for marketing use.
- Provide administrative support across day-to-day marketing activities.
- Maintain project timelines and update task management systems.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Digital Media, Visual Communications, Communications, or a related field.
- Equestrian background an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Capable of managing tasks independently while contributing to a team
This is a 12 month fixed term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Based on site in our Cork office.
