We are partnering with an active investment management firm based in Dublin city centre who are seeking a strong accountant to join their growing Dublin team. The role provides excellent exposure, career development and a very strong work life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and ambition to grow within the private markets investment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial oversight and valuation of private market and fund-of-funds portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Analyse fund performance, fee structures and operating costs, including the application of bespoke management and incentive fee models.
- Coordinate fund operations, including investor transactions, capital activity, cash movements, reconciliations and foreign exchange risk management.
- Produce and review investor and internal reporting, maintaining robust data controls and liaising with investment teams and external service providers.
- Support team development and drive operational improvements, strengthening processes, reporting quality and overall efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in finance or related
- 5+ years experience funds/NAV or audit related role
- Knowledge in private markets
- Advanced excel and fund accounting systems
- Extremely strong communicator and Ambtiious attitude.
