Junior Insurance Agent

Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance to complex commercial business packages, as well as a full range of health, life, pension, mortgage, and investment products.

We are seeking to recruit a Renewal Issuer to join our growing Renewals team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will support the Renewal team by processing policy renewals and providing backup support during busy periods or when capacity is reduced. This role is part of our development pipeline with a clear progression path to more senior roles within the Renewals team, such as Renewal Issuer and Chaser – Renewal Handler, MTA Team Member and our Commercial department

Key Responsibilities

• Issue renewal terms accurately and efficiently
• Ensure documentation is checked and uploaded correctly
• Liaise with insurers for renewal queries where appropriate
• Provide support to Renewal Issuers and Chasers during peak periods or reduced capacity
• Maintain strong attention to compliance and internal procedures
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all administrative duties

Key Qualifications & Skills required

• No formal qualifications necessary; this is a junior/entry-level role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
