Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to work on impactful engineering projects that contribute to sustainable water infrastructure?
We are recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering Water and Wastewater Treatment projects across Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on projects from concept design through to commissioning.
What You'll Be Doing:
Mechanical equipment selection and specification
Hydraulic calculations and system design
Development of P&IDs and engineering drawings
Technical support throughout project delivery
Collaboration with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders
Supporting procurement and commissioning activities
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Level 7/8/9)
Experience within Water, Wastewater, Utilities, Pumping Systems, Fluid Handling, Process Engineering, Oil & Gas, or similar sectors
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and piping design
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
