A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join its Dublin office midst a transformative growth phase.

This role offers exposure to high-quality contentious and non-contentious employment work, including WRC and Labour Court litigation, complex advisory matters, reorganisations, outsourcing, and multi-jurisdictional projects. You will work closely with well-regarded Partners across Dublin and Belfast, supporting both domestic Irish clients and international organisations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4–8 years PQE, with strong experience in WRC/Labour Court cases
• Expertise in complex employment issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay, and contingent workers
• Non-contentious advisory experience across sectors including health, technology, retail, transport, financial services, and utilities
• Strong commercial awareness, autonomy, and the ability to manage competing client demands
