The role will suit a motivated Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading high-performing teams and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Role of this position
- Manage projects from commencement through to completion.
- Lead health, safety, quality and environmental performance on-site
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor costs, productivity and commercial performance.
- Support and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years' experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects (Ireland or UK)
- Strong background in areas such as roads, drainage, utilities, renewables, groundworks or infrastructure.
- Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
- Experience managing subcontractors, clients and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
