General Manager

Job Title: Technical Quality Manager (12–15 Month FTC – Maternity Cover) Location: Dublin Reports To: Technical Manager We’re seeking a Quality Manager for a 12–15 month maternity cover with a leading food company in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance while working with cross-functional teams and global supply partners. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards
• Conduct inspections, manage complaints, and lead root cause investigations
• Maintain quality documentation and support audits (BRC, HACCP, QMS)
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years in QA/Technical role in food/beverage (dairy a plus)
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and ERP/Excel skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented
