We’re currently partnering with a well-established insurance organisation in Dublin who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Customer Service Agent to join their personal lines team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys working directly with customers, managing policies end-to-end, and contributing to strong retention results within a supportive, high-performing environment.

🔹 The Role

You’ll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer queries across personal lines insurance, including renewals, mid-term adjustments and after-sales support, while consistently delivering an excellent customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and customer enquiries

✔ Building strong rapport and long-term customer relationships

✔ Retaining existing business and working towards renewal targets

✔ Maintaining accurate customer data on internal systems

✔ Delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

✔ Completing administrative tasks with strong attention to detail

🔹 Skills & Experience

✔ Minimum APA qualified (essential)

✔ Previous insurance customer service experience (essential)

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Organised, self-motivated and customer-focused

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Applied Relay system knowledge an advantage
