Bid Manager (Construction)Cork, Ireland | Full-time | €85,000 – €100,000 per year (DOE)

Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for winning work in the construction sector? We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and strategic professional to lead end-to-end bid and tender submissions across public and private sector projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from PQQ through to final submission
• Analyse tender documents and coordinate internal inputs to meet bid requirements
• Collaborate with estimating, QS, H&S and project teams to prepare high-quality bids
• Maintain and develop bid libraries including CVs, case studies, and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards in every submission
• Conduct post-bid analysis and lessons learned to continuously improve performance
• Identify new tender opportunities and support business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of bid management or tender coordination experience (construction sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of Irish/EU procurement and public tendering processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with E-Tenders and other bid platforms
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel)
• A degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar is desirable
• Team player with the confidence to work across departments and with senior stakeholders
