**Company:**Dawn Meats Job Title: Personal Assistant to European Commercial Director / Regional Sales Managers **Location:**Grannagh, Co. Waterford **Contract Type:**Full time, permanent (Part time 4-day week will be considered) Role Summary Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe's leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 8,000 employees. We are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join the team at our head offices in Grannagh, Co. Waterford. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the diary for the European Commercial Director and their team.
  • Receive, screen, and prioritize all incoming mail and calls.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Sales Managers reporting to the European Commercial Director.
  • Support the RSM team with setting up video conferences, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle travel arrangements for the Commercial Department.
  • Compile statistical information such as site machinery stock lists and market surveys.
  • Perform general accounting tasks for the group, including raising purchase orders, checking invoices, managing petty cash, and chasing receipts.
  • Maintain group filing and archiving systems.
  • Provide holiday cover for Reception and other PAs.
  • Remain flexible to meet the needs of the group.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Or Demonstrate

  • Be professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Have previous diary management experience and be able to co-ordinate multiple calendars in MS Outlook.
  • Have exemplary time management skills with a proven track record of supporting and working with senior leadership and coordinating multiple competing tasks.
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Have first-rate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to speak a European languageGerman/Spanish/Italian/Dutchwhile not essential would be an advantage.
