Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and feedback.
• Understand customer goals and proactively provide solutions to help them achieve success.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, training, and resources to enhance client engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
