What you'll do As a Senior Data Analyst, you are deeply curious about data and passionate about storytelling, with a strong ability to identify trends and patterns using modern analytics tools and methodologies. You are comfortable presenting analytics-driven insights to diverse audiences and tailoring messages based on technical aptitude. In this role, you will support top-line growth and retention metrics across DocuSign by improving data quality, driving internal adoption, and delivering high-impact analysis for Customer Success and Services. You will build clear, compelling data narratives that help executives understand opportunities and accelerate decision-making, while collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, and Field teams to translate data needs into actionable insights. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management. Responsibility

  • Partner with Customer Success, Services, Sales, Finance and Product to define, track, and improve KPIs including GRR, NDR, BOR, adoption, CTA effectiveness, and services utilization
  • Provide data-driven support for escalations, enhancement requests, and service optimization by quantifying impact and prioritizing interventions
  • Analyze large-scale Customer Success, Renewals, and Services datasets using SQL, AI-assisted analytics tools
  • Build predictive models to forecast renewals, identify churn risks, and optimize touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations to communicate customer health trends, revenue impact, and strategic opportunities
  • Drive AI-enabled automation, self-service analytics, and data governance to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance

Preferred

  • Knowledge in subscription business model
  • Experience with ML modeling and forecasting
  • Experience in Oracle ERP or CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, ACV and other key finance metrics
  • Strong analytical approach and a passion for extracting meaningful insights
  • Proven expertise navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
  • Solid functional understanding of Finance
  • Proven track record of supporting business-critical data and reporting at large SaaS companies
