The Role
This Finance Business Partner role is a standout opportunity to take ownership of the finance function for a rapidly expanding Energy Division-combining commercial influence, M&A exposure, and a clear path to senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to senior leadership, driving performance and influencing decision-making
- Own the division's P&L, cashflow, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Lead financial integration of acquisitions and support ongoing M&A activity
- Deliver robust reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking across projects and entities
- Partner with operational teams to improve profitability, working capital, and commercial outcomes
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in project-based industries (energy, infrastructure, construction, or similar) desirable
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, driven, and comfortable working across multiple locations and priorities
The role is based onsite in Dublin (Baldonnell) initially, with regular travel to Kilkenny, flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after probation.
