MES Manager

MES Manager - Dublin (Hybrid) A global technology and consulting organization that helps leading companies accelerate digital transformation across cloud, data, and advanced manufacturing is seeking an experienced MES Manager to join its growing life sciences consulting team in Dublin. As a MES Manager, you will lead large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives for leading pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and team development - offering the opportunity to shape MES strategy while delivering innovative digital manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities: As a MES Manager, you will:

• Lead global MES programmes and manage medium to large delivery teams across multiple projects.
• Define MES strategies, roadmaps, and feasibility studies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Rockwell PharmaSuite MES solutions and integrations with ERP and automation systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while supporting business development activities.
• Mentor team members, support career development, and ensure high-quality project delivery through effective governance and performance monitoring.

About You: The ideal MES Manager will bring strong technical and leadership experience within highly regulated life sciences manufacturing environments:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 7-10 years' MES or manufacturing systems experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
• Strong expertise with Rockwell PharmaSuite or similar life sciences MES platforms.
• Solid understanding of FDA/GMP requirements and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
