Planning Engineer

Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join a market leader in Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector in Kilkenny.

The Planner will be responsible for developing and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, design consultants, and clients to align plans.
• Use Primavera P6 to track progress, update programmes, and forecast outcomes.
• Identify project risks and variances, implementing corrective measures as required.
• Prepare accurate progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support cost, resource, and time management within the overall project framework.
• Break down complex project stages into achievable milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure planning documentation aligns with company standards and best practice.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategy development.
• Provide input into continuous improvement within the planning function.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in project planning within technical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Experience on live pharmaceutical or data centre sites highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
