Location: Hybrid 2 days Ergo office, 3 days remoteOverview of Role:

Ergo IT Resourcing are growing, and we are excited to have an opening on our team for a Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Cover Contract). We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of our IT Resourcing Team.

With a focus on streamlining recruitment processes and making it easier for businesses to find the right IT talent, in this supporting role you will be joining a highly skilled and experienced team, dedicated to IT recruitment.

If you have 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment co-ordination/Admin role and want to work with a rapidly expanding IT Resourcing market-leader, don't hesitate to get in touch.

What will you do?

* Manage the on-boarding of all candidates

* Perform background and reference checks

* Prepare all contracts and contract renewals

* Assist on all tender schedules

* Template all resumes as required

* Prepare reports and manage updates on necessary systems/projects

* Assist on month end Admin duties as required

* Build strong partnerships with recruiters, sales, the hiring managers they support, and our candidates to drive an efficient process for providing a positive candidate experience.

What do you need?

* 2-3 years Recruitment Co-ordinator/ Admin experience within an agency or in-house desirable

* Excellent organisational, written, and interpersonal skills

* Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

* Proficiency in Word & Excel

* Good knowledge of technology and the tech industry

* Ability to work collaboratively

* Comfortable multitasking & strong communication skills

* Robust clerical skills
