Fexco Managed & Advisory Services are currently looking for Irish Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our outsourcing division on a 12 Month Fixed Term - Contract. Onsite (Killorglin, Co. Kerry) and hybrid working opportunities are available.

.How you will spend your day with us

• Working in a fast paced environment, your training will equip you to provide relevant advice to customers via phone, email and webcha
• tKeeping yourself up to date with product, service and customer information through our easily accessible knowledge bas
• eEffectively managing a customer database through accurate and efficient data entr
• yDemonstrating a strong customer focus at all time
• sInvestigating and resolving customer queries through first contact resolution where possibl
• eAdhering strictly to data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality law

sThe Ideal Candidat

eIf you are customer focused, team oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, enjoy working in a target driven environment, have strong computer skills and have the ability to communicate in Irish (both written and verbal), then we would love to meet you
