This role presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, perfect for an enthusiastic and driven individual ready to learn and contribute. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Strong grasp of labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms for HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of various components of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated strength in organization and communication, coupled with the ability to develop trusted, productive partnerships.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that create a strong employee experience.
