• Solenoids
• Exhaust Circuitry
• Experience with thread sizes and types.

Actuation Experience.

• Fail Safe Positions
• Pneumatic Actuators
• Electric Actuators

Control / Instrumentation Experience.

• Switchboxes
• Positioners
• I-P Transducers
• Wiring Philosophy
• Calibration.
• Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, PID Concepts.
• Analogue/Digital Control. ( 4…20mA / Inputs / Outputs )

Valve Knowledge

**

• Valve Types and where to use. Globe, Ball, Plug, Gate, Check.
• Knowledge of different standards ( ANSI / DIN / ASME BPE etc )

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Outlook Experience.
• CMMS Experience.
• ATEX Experience. Intrinsic Safety, Explosion Proof.
• Audit Experience. Calibration Certificates, Material Certificates.
