Financial Lead | 10-Week Contract | Cork
Salary: €60,000 per annum pro rata

Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Financial Lead to join their team in Cork on a 10-week contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can step into a senior-level position and provide strong financial oversight and support throughout the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations
- Manage financial reporting and month-end processes
- Monitor budgets, expenditure and cash flow
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records
- Provide financial information and analysis to senior management
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Financial Lead, Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance position
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of finance responsibilities
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to quickly integrate into an existing finance function
- Available to start on 26 October and commit to the full 10-week contract
