Concierge Supervisor

Fota Island Resort is currently recruiting for the position of Concierge Supervisor. Please note a full drivers licence is required for the position.

Responsibilities:

To provide an excellent guest service experience

• To carry out all daily Concierge duties while on shift as per the departmental standards
  
  

Communicating updates and announcements to the Concierge Team

Introducing new procedures, at SOP development stage through to implementing and monitoring progress to enhance guest experience and satisfaction

Assist in the running of departmental meetings

Liaising with the Front Office Manager in relation to any concerns or requests highlighted by the team

Co-ordinating the maintenance and upkeep of concierge vehicles

Ensuring all Concierge SOPs are being followed

Training of new team members

Liaising with the reception and guest relations in relation to guest requests and arrangements

Managing the Concierge email inbox

Overseeing the arrival of VIP guests

Qualities we are looking for:

Full drivers licence

A passion for providing exceptional guest service

Excellent attention to detail

Confident, professional and welcoming personality

Impeccable appearance of personal grooming

Proficient in English language

Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues

Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements

Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in pursuit of the department goals
