Senior Quantity Surveyor (Dusseldorf)

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Data Centre, Dusseldorf)Quantity Surveyor required to join one of Europe’s largest Tier 1 Contractors on a Data Centre project in Dusseldorf, Germany.Responsibilities:

• Review project contracts, manage subcontractor enquiries, and issue supply chain documents.
• Monitor scope changes, price variations, and prepare monthly progress claims.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts and handle contractual notices and claims.
• Prepare cost estimates, commercial reports, and risk analysis for management.
• Manage project cash flow and forecasting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 7 Years+ exp in a similar role
• Experience using Buildsoft or Cost X
• Experience working on Data Centre projects
