One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Card Operations - Customer Operations Specialist to work within an office located in Sandyford.
Your new role
You will join the Card Operations team, focusing mainly on card chargebacks and disputed transactions. You will review and process chargeback cases, investigate transaction queries, maintain accurate records and ensure cases are handled within required procedures and timelines.

Location: Sandyford
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous hands-on experience with Cards Chargebacks is highly required.
- Experience handling card disputes, disputed transactions or card operations.
- Good understanding of the chargeback investigation and resolution process.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review transaction information accurately.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable following detailed procedures and operational controls.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, process-driven environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, card payments or payment operations.
- Experience dealing with customer queries relating to card transactions or disputes.
- Previous experience in an operational, administration or customer service environment.
